Deposit Policy

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost with the following exceptions: • Reservations recieved within 2 weeks of your stay will be charged 100% of the rental cost. • Reservations for 1 night stays are charged the full amount at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are accepted by check, credit card, or money order. Your deposit must be received with 15 days of booking to confirm your reservation. If the number of guests exceed the maximum occupancy an additional $10.00 per person per night will be charged. The final payment will be due upon arrival at check-in. Cancellation/Refund Policy If cancellations are received at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival all deposits are fully refundable less a $25.00 administrative fee. If cancellations occur less than 14 days from your reservation date, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may rebook and those funds will be applied to your next reservation less a 25.00 fee. You may rebook 1 time only and reservation must be within 1 calendar year of your cancelled reservation. A no-show is an automatic forfeiture of all charges.
